Ernesto received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD). At the beginning of his career path, he did corporate work for law firms and for companies in the railway and pharmaceutical industries before founding his own firm.
He is currently a specialized start-up and entrepreneurial projects consultant with a special interest for the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory law (sanitation). Compliance and personal data security are also within his area of expertise.
Ernesto is also co-founder of Legalix, a Legal Tech enterprise for the development of technologies to improve the efficiency in the provision of legal services and processes.
He is passionate about business, law, and entrepreneurship. He has not missed an edition of the music festival Vive Latino. Ernesto is actively involved pro-bono in several projects for the LGBTTTIQ community.

Constantly updating her knowledge in the fields of business and corporate law, notary law, compliance, and intellectual and author property matters, focused on the provision of services suited to the needs and interests of the firm’s clients.
In her free time, she enjoys sharing time with her family, cultivating her taste for literature, and exploring audio-visual pop culture.
